In 2009, the S402 with 2" dies which is used for R&D, was delivered to the market.
Besides, KUNYOU Pharmatech provides all kinds of Softgel (soft capsule) and paintball related machinery, such as tumbler driers, die rolls, gelatin service tanks, gelatin melters, medicine mixing tanks, homoginizers, color mixers, net gelatin recovery machines, capsule polishers, capsule washers, drying trays and trolleys, and sorting machines (size sorters). Actually, KUNYOU Pharmatech provides Softgel related technical support such as TURN KEY project, formulation, and others.

Our company is a professional supplier for softgel making machine and paintball making machine. Our softgel making machine is divided into three models, small model, medium model and large model. For small scale softgel production, our S403 R&D softgel making machine maybe fit for your requirements, it can produce about 20000 pcs softgels per hour. And S406 Softgel Encapsulation Machine is suitable for medium scale production, its production rate can get to 40000 pcs softgels per hour. The largest model, S610 Softgel Encapsulation Machine can produce 120000 pcs softgels per hour. We provide the whole line of softgel making, including the gelatin melting system, fill material system, softgel encapsulation machine and softgel drying machine. All the machine is made of high quality stainless steel and spare parts from famous brands. And we adopt the gelatin ribbon micro lubrication system.
